We just added a new attribute to members called billing email. When you enter a billing email address cobot will send invoices to that address instead of the normal one — this has been an often-requested feature during the past months and now we finally offer it.
A nice side effect is that when the admin of a space adds a member and enters the billing address, cobot is now able to send invoices to that new member immediately, whereas before the coworker had to create a user account.
This small yet powerful addition will make it much easier to get new coworkers started, reducing what was a multi step process involving multiple people to just a single click.
