Better Promote Events to your Members

Events now take center stage in your members' activity feeds, complete with eye-catching images. Plus, members can be automatically notified when new events are created!

Improved Meeting Room Display

The redesigned meeting room display not only looks better, it's also more convenient. Members can now easily scan the displayed QR code to book the meeting room.

DATEV Integration: Beta Testers Wanted

Calling all German Cobot users: Join our beta test for the DATEV integration, a widely used accounting software in Germany.

New Zapier Trigger: Invoice Created

Simplify your workflow with the new "Invoice Created" trigger on Zapier, enabling seamless automations when a new invoice is generated on Cobot.

Bulk Update of Resource Restrictions

Editing plans just got easier! Now, you can bulk update resource restrictions for all future and existing membership plans created from the original plan. Simply select the "Apply privileges to all existing memberships on this plan" checkbox.

ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Separate Payment Methods for On-Demand Products

It is now possible to choose the available payment method separately for each on-demand product - external bookings, drop-in passes, and public event tickets.

Hide Your Public Pages From Search Engines

You can now hide your Cobot public pages from search engines. Just contact us, and we'll handle the rest.

COMPLIANCE

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We recently made some changes to our privacy policy, including the addition of information about the use of Google Tag Manager and the removal of Slack as a third-party service. We have also updated our company address.
