We’re truly excited to introduce you to some of the new faces at Cobot, please welcome Amanda and Carmem!
Amanda will be working as the liaison between you and everything Cobot to help you find your way around all of our features. With years of assistant and customer service experience, she is looking forward to making your Cobot experience a great one. She will also be taking on the operational tasks and has already made sure we have our tickets for the Coworking Europe conference!
Originally from the rugged interior of Northern British Columbia, Canada, Amanda has been living in Berlin on and off since 2012. She has a great love of travel and everything culinary. When not working with the Cobot crew at Co.Up she can be found working as the Chief Keep it Together Officer at LIFEBOAT, her Virtual Personal Assistant business.
Our communication efforts are also growing as Carmem is taking over Cobot’s marketing outreach. Carmem has a long standing experience in the coworking community, starting in 2011 when she first moved to Germany.
Before joining Cobot, she co-founded COMO Clube, a creative space in São Paulo, where she’s originally from, and when she moved to Berlin she joined Agora’s core team. She knows first hand how coworking communities operate and will use that knowledge to help you explore Cobot in many different languages — aside from Cobot’s native languages English and German, Carmem also brings Portuguese and Spanish.
She’s also a passionate researcher with a particular interest in design methods, material exploration and digital media.
