Long-term Bookings leads this month: visitors book your resources by the day, for as many days as they need. Cobot also joined both ChatGPT’s and Claude’s connector directory, and there’s a run of smaller improvements across bookings, invoicing, and the API.

Long-term Bookings
Rent out your resources by the day. Set a daily rate and let visitors book as many days as they need, paying per day instead of per hour. Booking Extras take a daily rate too, so a room booked with a projector for four days prices itself correctly.
Day-based pricing is rolling out to all spaces over the coming days.
A clearer resource form
The pricing section of the resource form is split into hour-based pricing and day-based pricing, so it’s obvious which rate a visitor sees. Booking duration limits, cancellation, and cutoff settings sit closer to the fields they affect.
External bookings with a date in the past
Record a booking after it happened. Useful when someone used a room and the paperwork follows later, and it keeps your calendar and revenue figures complete.
Faster overview, faster search
The External Bookings overview loads much faster, and picking a member or contact for a new booking is quicker too.
AI ASSISTANTS
Ask and control Cobot in ChatGPT
Cobot is an official connector in ChatGPT, alongside Claude. Ask about bookings, members, or invoices in plain language: "Which rooms are free on Thursday afternoon?"

PAYMENTS & INVOICING
Invoice previews read upcoming plans
Invoice previews use the plan that will be active on the invoice date, including plan changes scheduled between today and then. Booking credit usage in the preview matches what the member actually gets.
Tax IDs from outside the EU
Members from any country can enter their tax ID at signup. Cobot validates EU tax IDs and accepts others as entered, so a Canadian company signing up at your Spanish space gets through.
iDEAL at Stripe checkout
iDEAL is selectable again as a payment method for spaces on Stripe.

Create a charge from Zapier
A new Zapier action adds a charge to a member or team, so charges from your own tools land in Cobot without anyone typing them in.
Trigger on admin-confirmed memberships
A new webhook and Zapier trigger fires the moment an admin confirms a membership. The existing trigger fires on the day the membership starts, so pick whichever your automation needs.
