We are happy to present some highlights of what Cobot worked on and shipped in September.
Drop-in Passes
There is now a whole new way to sell Drop-in Passes!
Passes tailored to customers who only need occasional access to your space, such as day visitors, short-term guests, or those who want to experience coworking without committing to a recurring membership. With Drop-In Passes, you can now easily:
- Sell day passes to visitors with no membership requirement and immediate payment
- Offer free passes, such as trial days or tours
- Manage drop-in pass visitors, who are automatically listed in the new Contacts section.

Secret links for drop-in passes.
Don't want to sell drop-in passes on your website, but require a secret link to send to customers who want to purchase a pass? We have you covered. Drop-in passes can now be hidden, just like membership plans.
Task Management for the Help Desk: Assign issues to admins
You asked for it, and we've delivered: Your Help Desk issues can now be assigned to members of your team.
Members can report issues, and administrators can create issues themselves. This turns Cobot Help Desk into a lightweight task management tool that helps your team stay organized.
When an admin has issues assigned to them, they'll see a red dot in the navigation sidebar, indicating that action is required. No more missed issues!
Other Updates:
Dormakaba multiple locks for bookings
Cobot's Dormakaba Exivo integration now supports member access to multiple access zones when making a booking. This is useful when a member needs to open multiple doors to get to the room they booked.
Contacts can be sorted
Like members, contacts can now be sorted by clicking on the column header. This comes in handy to see all contacts from one company at a glance, or to see who has frequent bookings and drop-ins.
Better image uploads
Need to upload a resource or member photos right from your phone? We now support formats like .heic, .avif, and .webp to make your life a little easier.
Invoices CSV includes membership plan name
Our Invoice CSV export now includes a column for the member's plan name to help you keep track in your accounting system.
More useful notifications about new members
The emails you receive when a new member joins now include the member's name, company, and membership plan right in the subject line.
