This month, we added features and improved existing ones to help you take advantage of some of those new opportunities and tackle their challenges.
Booking Cutoff
Want to avoid last-minute surprise bookings? Especially for resources that require preparation or oversight? This one’s for you, discover the new “booking cutoff” field in the resource form!
This new field allows admins to limit how close to a booking’s start time members can book a resource, similar in practice to how you can prevent cancellations within a certain time frame of the booking’s start. This is useful for bookings that need to be prepared manually, such as child care, where it is impractical to allow bookings close to the start time.
Member-specific Booking Privileges
Sometimes you have a piece of equipment that needs special training or is limited by criteria outside of the regular membership tiers. Luckily for you, we now have a solution for this challenge.
Admins can now restrict access to resources on a per-member basis, meaning that it’s simple to ensure that specialized, personalized, or otherwise sensitive resources are only unlocked to the people who are allowed to access them.
Member Dashboard Booking Overview
Want your members to have the ability to get to work, pour some coffee, and get a big-picture view of the day’s bookings?
We’ve developed a tool to do just that!
Now your members can log into their account and directly on the dashboard see each booking, the resource, time, title, and the person who booked it.

Advanced Member Search
Struggling to find a member in the dashboard? Maybe you’ll find it easier now that admins can search based on membership plan accounting code. This also works if the member has an upcoming plan; the upcoming plan's accounting code can now be used in the member search.
Time Passes Custom Tax Rates
Nothing says fun quite like taxes. But fortunately, we’ve added another tool for flexibility when it comes to your local tax requirements. If you’ve enabled custom tax rates, you can now set different tax rates so that each time pass can have its own rate.
