Translations, Invoice Editing and Other Cobot Updates for You
Today’s updates to Cobot bring a number of long-awaited features and improvements that will help you run your coworking space more efficiently.
Here’s some of the highlights:
Edit your invoice directly in the preview
We’re super excited to roll this out to you today: you can now edit invoice previews. While the ability to edit an invoice is not a new functionality, previously, if you wanted to make changes on your invoice, you had to edit the charges separately for each section. For example, if you wanted to change the cost of a plan for that month, you had to navigate to Plans and make the changes there.
While the previous workflow worked well, it added a few extra clicks to a task that should be done quickly. So we’ve removed the extra step and improved this flow by allowing you to edit a member’s charges directly in the invoice preview. Along with those changes, admins can now see if an invoice will be charged at a future date, if they have that functionality enabled, and cancel invoices. These small changes will go a long way to help you save time and get through your daily tasks faster.
Payment Method Drop-down Menu
Having to switch pages to change or add a new payment method is now a thing of the past. Now whenever you record a payment you can select the payment method from a drop-down menu — or even add a new one — without having to interrupt your workflow.
With this update, we also took the opportunity to improve the design of the payment methods overview list. You will notice that the payment methods are now organized visually and the information should be much easier to find.
¡Por fin! Cobot is now available in Spanish!
Cobot is now fully translated into Spanish! This is part of our ongoing effort to expand the list of supported languages for our international Cobot users worldwide, and there are more translations planned to be released in the near future.
To change the language in Cobot, go to the select box in the bottom left corner of the page. Click on ‘Change Language’ to choose your preferred language.
Gocardless is now available in Australia
This is not exactly a Cobot update per se, but we’re very excited to announce that one of our most popular integrations for automated payments has now become available in Australia too. This means that we get to offer direct debit as an option to collect automated recurring payments to our Australian coworking spaces.
If you’re not yet using an automated payment method in your coworking space we encourage you to take look and give it a try. We offer a variety of secure integrations with payment providers to streamline your monthly billings. Automating your payments help you to reduce the time you spend on administrative tasks and help you to predict and control your cash flow. Win-win!
