After a 2017 full of excitement, we came back from the holidays with a lot of energy to start the year with full power!
At Cobot, we aim to empower our users by creating tools that help them cut through all the admin stuff quickly so you can spend your time connecting with your members. This means paying a lot of attention to detail and working on many small features that sometimes don’t get noticed but will eliminate the extra step and save you a second or two.
Here are some of the features we delivered in the fast couple of weeks:
Edit Member Notes
Ever added a note on a Member Profile, then realize you need to make a change? Now you can change any member note from the profile page. Ever added a note on a Member Profile, then realize you need to make a change? Now you can change, pin or delete any member note from the profile page.
If already have the new Member Dashboard enabled, you’ll find the member notes on the timeline located in the right side of the screen.
Taxes Removed from Revenue
Information is what enables you to make smart, informed decisions, so having an overview of your total revenue is key to manage your coworking space.
With that in mind, we are working towards making our Analytics reports work better for you. Now, we have adjusted the Analytics to displayed revenue without tax so you can have a more clear and accurate overview of your earnings.
For you, this means better insights of your space and saving the calculation time.
Invoices in Polish 🇵🇱
We want Cobot to be accessible to everyone, and a large part of that effort is to make sure that Cobot is translated into the languages of Cobot users worldwide.
Translations can be a tricky business sometimes and there’s always room for improvement both in accuracy and the tone. On top of that, as we upgrade the software, the translations should follow. This month, following the release of the new invoices section, we completed its Polish translations!
Like all languages available on Cobot, admins are able to set a Polish as their default language for billings and e-mails, while still allowing members to access Cobot in their preferred language. This means you can have your admin language set to Polish, for example and a members uses Cobot in Spanish.
Get Notified if Your Members Deleted Bookings
To help you stay informed on what’s going on in your space, we are rolling out a Bookings Notification Add-on that will notify you whenever a member cancels a booking.
This was one of our top requested features, and we’re super happy to deliver this for you all today.
