July has been a busy month, and it has gone by very quickly. We are excited to share with you the updates our team has been working hard on.
Improved Navigation for Admins
The Admin Portal's navigation has been restructured. The space logo and all navigation items are now organized in the sidebar. There is no longer a top bar, freeing up valuable space in the main content area to manage large tables and lists.
These changes make it easier to find and access key parts of the application with fewer clicks:
- View the space as a member
- Manage other spaces (if you manage a network)
- Admin profile settings
- Subscription and billing details
- Select your language
- Log out
Along with the new structure, we have introduced various visual improvements, especially for using the app on smaller tablets and mobile devices.
Getting Started Page
The Getting Started Page greets new space admins, helping them to quickly set up their coworking space. A guided tour points you to the first steps needed to get things up and running, such as creating membership plans, adding meeting rooms and event spaces, or uploading a logo.
You'll also find links to educational content, such as our introductory video, and a direct line to our helpful Support Team.
Helpful Tips in Your Inbox
We redesigned our onboarding emails to be simpler, more concise, more aesthetically pleasing, and with a single call-to-action – to guide you right to what needs to be added or completed in your Cobot space.

Quicklinks and Explanations on the Admin Dashboard
Trial users now receive a friendly welcome on their dashboard, along with explanations of what to expect. Direct links take you to the actions needed to make your dashboard busy, such as adding members, resources, or help desk guides.
Booking Price Caps Added to Invoices
Are you using price caps to make longer bookings more attractive? If yes, price caps are now also annotated in your member invoices, so there are no more questions about how a booking price was calculated.

Searching by Customer Number in Member Search
Searching for members by their customer number now works more intuitively. Previously, searching for a customer number also returned similar numbers, which, we get it, was not always helpful.
