This summer is a little different than usual— but here at Cobot, we’re still focused on the same things as we always are: Updating and improving our software to help you grow effectively and without compromising your community or your values.

So what did we add in July? Read on and find out!

New Projected Revenue

Wondering what the next few months of revenue are going to look like? We’ve implemented a projected revenue feature based on your feedback! Select the Projected Revenue tab in your Revenue section and can see up to three months in the future based on data from your space’s historical performance.

German Tax Change

In Germany, the government approved an emergency VAT reduction through December. We rolled out applicable changes at the beginning of the month and they have been automatically applied to our German spaces.

Updated Invoice Settings

Invoices are a necessary piece of every coworking operation. To improve their ease-of-use for Cobot admins, we’ve added a preview for the invoice number format on the Invoice Settings page. In addition, to make it even easier to work with invoices and keep better track of income and expenses, admins can now download invoice previews as PDFs.

A Coworking Conversation with Cobot

Way back in April, we hosted a call for anyone interested in talking about their experiences during the early stages of the pandemic and how they were handling their space. We had a great great time and have been waiting for an opportunity to host another. That opportunity has arrived!
