Hi there,
Over the past few weeks, we have focused on revamping our Events feature to create the best possible experience for public events! Here are the highlights of what we shipped:
EVENTS
All-New Public Events
This month, we released one of our most requested features: You can now create events that non-members can easily attend and buy tickets for! An event tool that is fully integrated into your space's operations.
Different prices for members and non-members
Set different prices for members and visitors, e.g., free for members and paid for visitors.
Smooth checkout for visitors
Visitors can now easily attend and pay for tickets directly using the payment methods you choose.
A public page for all your events
Showcase all of your space's events on a public page.
Easy tracking of external attendees
External attendees are added to the Contacts list with an “event” tag so you can easily keep track of them.
We know that events are one of your most important marketing tools for attracting visitors and generating new leads. We look forward to seeing your space and community grow with the help of public events!
More Useful Events List for Admins
The list of upcoming and past events has been visually improved and made more useful: Each event now shows the number of registered/total available tickets, a link to the public event page, and an edit button.
Duplicate events
You can now easily duplicate events, making it easier to create recurring events. On the event page, simply click the Duplicate button to open a new event form pre-populated with the event information.
INTEGRATIONS & API
New: ACH and SEPA Payments with Stripe
You can now enable more payment methods for your members to choose from, such as ACH in the United States and SEPA in Europe, with our expanded Stripe integration. Available payment methods vary by country. Don't forget to customize in Stripe which ones your members will see.
SaltoKS Users Are No Longer Deleted
When a member connected to Salto cancels their membership, their Salto user is no longer deleted. Instead, their access is blocked. This change allows admins to perform manual tasks, such as requesting returned access cards.
Improved Webhook for Recurring Bookings
When creating recurring bookings, we now send a webhook for each booking created. This is useful, for example, if you want to display all recurring bookings in an external calendar.
And that concludes our February update, we are looking forward to sharing more updates with you in March.
