Have you heard of Syncaroo? It’s a new tool that can take the most important details of your space and automatically update that info across the internet. They’ve just opened their beta and you can sign up to get access here.
So how can Syncaroo can help your space and how easy it is to integrate with Cobot?
Back in March, as the world began to respond to the pandemic, an issue quickly became apparent — coworking spaces around the world needed to communicate lots of basic information (like hours of operation and who was allowed in the space) very quickly, to many different outlets — and the info was changing day-to-day.
At Cobot, we quickly implemented a notification panel on the member portal where admins could easily inform their members of their current open status, but that only solved part of the equation. The other part is in pushing that update automatically to other services so that your latest status is reflected everywhere your site is listed. Syncaroo stepped in to help make that process as simple as pressing “update.”
