Cobot Product Update September 2024

As we continue working on one of the biggest product updates for Cobot (more on this at the end of the message), we’re excited to share a number of improvements to enhance your Cobot experience:

More Control Over Automated Emails

You now have the flexibility to choose which emails are sent automatically to your members and visitors. If you prefer not to send a specific email, simply uncheck the "Send this email" box in the template under Customize » Emails.

New Email Templates

We’ve added three new templates to help you with onboarding and offboarding. Along with an improved welcome email, we’ve introduced a template for members who require approval and a cancellation confirmation email.

Multiple Taxes

You can now apply multiple taxes to your products and services, which will be added together on your invoices. This is especially helpful for countries like Canada, where different taxes may be applied. Find this option under Basic Setup » Payments.

Hide Accounting Codes on Invoices

If you’d like to keep your accounting codes off your invoices, just reach out to us at support@cobot.me and we’ll handle it for you.

Update Comments on Recurring Bookings

We’ve added the ability to include comments on recurring bookings. Now, you can add notes to individual bookings or all future bookings within a recurring series, keeping your team informed with important updates.
