This month we focused on making check-ins faster and easier – for both your team and your members. Here’s what’s new:
MEMBER MANAGEMENT
Smarter Check-ins and Guest Check-ins
Two big improvements make check-ins smoother and more powerful.
The new Members Checked-In overview shows everyone currently in the space, including guests. Manage all check-ins in one place — see who’s inside, check people in or out manually, and track guests in real time.
Members can now check in guests using their time passes, making the process faster for both admins and the front desk.
Note: The old “Members checked in” add-on will be removed. The new feature includes all its functionality — and more.
Customize Confirmation Emails Based on Membership Plans
Use the plan_welcome_message placeholder in Membership Confirmation emails to personalize onboarding based on each member’s plan.
Better Navigation in Plans and Setup
We've updated horizontal navigation in the Membership Plans, Basic Setup, and other sections with many menu items. When more items are available off-screen, clear indicators and scroll arrows now guide the way—especially useful on mobile.
ADD-ONS & INTEGRATIONS
Language Selector on Meeting Room Display
Meeting room displays now support language selection on the location screen. Choose from English, German, Spanish, or French. Need another option? Let us know.
Invoice Numbers in GoCardless Payments
Invoice numbers now appear in GoCardless payments for time and booking pass purchases. This helps when reconciling Cobot invoices with Gocardless payouts.
Clearer DATEV Error Messages
DATEV error messages in the activity feed are now clearer and easier to understand, using plain language instead of technical codes.
Coming Soon: A More Powerful Dashboard
We’re rolling out big improvements to the dashboard. Expect new visualizations that give you a clearer view of your business health, a live overview of who’s coming and going in your space, and more actionable widgets for activity and bookings.
