A Fully Redesigned Dashboard
A fresh dashboard launched this month with clearer insights at a glance—revenue and member trends for quick business checks, plus a clear view of who’s coming in today and what’s happening in your space this week.
BILLING & INVOICING
Bulk-Charge Invoices
Invoices in the month view can be selected and charged in bulk via a streamlined confirmation flow. Available behind a feature switch. Let us know if you'd like it enabled.
Verifactu Compliance for Spanish Spaces
Verifactu support is now live so Spanish spaces are ready ahead of the January 2026 deadline. Invoices currently route to the test environment; production begins next year. No changes for members until then.
Clearer Membership Details on Invoice Items
Membership invoice items now list included time passes and booking credits, helpful for tax and clarity requirements.
Billing Email on Invoice PDFs
A new optional switch adds the member’s billing email address to all invoice PDFs. Contact us to activate it.
TEAMS & VISITORS BOOKINGS
Improved Lists for External Bookings & Drop-ins
The lists under Calendar » External Bookings and Calendar » Drop-ins feature a cleaner layout and more helpful context, such as drop-in visitor addresses.
Team Member Bookings on Profile Pages
Team member profiles now show their bookings and support creating new ones directly, just like regular member profiles.
INTEGRATIONS & ADD-ONS
Self-Service sevDesk Setup
sevdesk can now be configured directly at https://accounting.apps.cobot.me/sevdesk — and the setup flow is now also available in English.
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
Stricter Access to Member Question Attachments
File URLs from member question uploads now expire after 15 minutes for improved protection.
LOCALIZATION
Country-Specific Tax ID Labels
Cobot now uses the correct local tax ID name in supported countries, reflected on forms and in invoice settings.
Romanian Translation Available
Romanian is now supported and can be enabled on request, joining Hungarian, Italian, and Dutch.
PERFORMANCE & SUSTAINABILITY
Images Converted to WebP
Uploaded images are now automatically converted to WebP, reducing file size and bandwidth usage while providing better overall performance.
