Hi there,

In March, we focused on improving your overall experience — from customization to smarter workflows. Here’s what’s new:

SPACE & MEMBER MANAGEMENT

Improved Customization for Member Portal and Invoices

Interface for customizing coworking member portal with options for logo, brand color, banner, and intro text.

We’ve revamped how you customize the pages your members and visitors see most: your Homepage and Member Portal. Adding your logo, brand color, and content is now more intuitive than ever.

As part of the redesign, you’ll now find a dedicated Customize Invoices page where you can preview and brand your invoices more effectively.

This update also includes changes to color customization. If your space uses custom colors, we’ll reach out with more details soon.

More Personalized Emails

You can now add your plan’s welcome message to the welcome email. Team invites also support a new placeholder for the team name.

New Placeholders for Invoice Reminders

Invoice reminder emails now support additional placeholders: name, space, and invoice number.

New: Space Size & Capacity

We’re preparing for more advanced occupancy features. You can now enter your space’s area, seating capacity, private offices, and maximum number of memberships under Settings » Size & Capacity.

Track Member Signups

The member signup URL now includes ?signup_completed=true so you can easily track conversions with Google Ads or other tools.

Assign Booking Blockers to Members

Booking blockers can now be assigned to members, making them editable by the member and visible in their iCal feed. Contact support if you’d like to enable this for your resources.

INVOICING & ACCOUNTING

Charge Early Invoices Immediately

You can now charge invoices immediately — even if you choose to send them out in advance. This is available in your Invoice Settings.

Better Tax ID Support for German Spaces

We’ve improved Tax ID handling to meet e-invoicing requirements:

  • Memberships: Improved validation and clearer hints.
  • On-demand purchases: You can now collect Tax IDs at checkout. The field is optional by default and customizable in your settings.

Tip: Double-check existing Tax IDs in your memberships to ensure they are in the correct format.

EXPORTS & INTEGRATIONS

Calendar Blockers in Bookings CSV

Your exported bookings CSV now includes calendar blockers.

Teams in Members CSV

The Members CSV now includes a new Team column that shows the team name for team members. The Plan column displays the plan assigned to the team.

DATEV: Revenue Accounts

You can now configure revenue accounts for your space. They work just like cost centers and are synced with DATEV. Enable and manage them under Invoice Settings.
