Cobot Product Update June 2025

Hi there,

We’ve been busy refining key areas of Cobot to make your day-to-day smoother—from automated refunds to a smarter member table. Here’s what’s new:

PAYMENTS

Automated Refunds

A digital invoice marked for refund with a Stripe logo, highlighting Cobot’s automated refund feature.

Issue refunds directly in Cobot. Stripe users get full automation. Manual refunds are now recorded and reflected on the invoice.


MEMBER MANAGEMENT

Smarter, More Customizable Member Table

Illustrated table showing coworking members with names, plans, pricing, payment methods, and renewal dates.

Plans and prices now appear in separate columns for easier sorting. You'll also see each plan’s billing cycle duration next to its base price. A new “Extras” column lets you quickly check which extras are included in each plan. Want a cleaner view? You can now show or hide each column individually.

We've also moved the filters into a dropdown menu—making the table less cluttered—and added counts for each filter group.

Bonus: Tables across the app are now more consistent, with improved hover states, a redesigned search bar, and updated icons.

Member Counter on Plan Templates

The membership plan page now shows how many members are using each plan template.


INTEGRATIONS

New ezeep Blue Integration

Our ezeep integration has been upgraded to the new ezeep Blue—designed specifically for the printing needs of coworking spaces.


ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Separate Address Fields and Tax ID

Enable separate billing address and tax ID fields for external bookings, drop-in passes, and public events.
