We start the year with one of the most exciting Cobot updates in recent months!

Let's not waste any time and jump right into what's new:


MEMBERS & SPACE MANAGEMENT

Teams: Smarter Team Management

Cobot's new Teams feature showcased through example users.

We're thrilled to introduce Teams (Manage » Teams), a new feature designed to help you better manage teams in your space—especially those sharing a team-wide plan.

  • Streamlined Team Plans: Team plans can be shared among team members, with centralized billing and shared extras, credits, and privileges.
  • Empowered Team Managers: Team Managers can add or remove team members and manage billing details and payment methods.

Improved UX of the Member List

Cobot's new improved Members UX showcased through example users.

We've given the member list (Manage » Members) a visual refresh for better readability and usability. The member approval process is now more efficient, requiring fewer clicks.

Time Passes Purchase on Sign-up

Members can now buy time pass packs when they sign up.

Simplified Basic Setup Form

We’ve removed unnecessary steps to simplify navigation and improved the form’s structure with cleaner labels and a more polished design.


INVOICING & ACCOUNTING

E-Invoicing in Germany

Cobot's new E-invoicing feature for Germany showed through a mockup.

German spaces can now generate e-invoices for their members, ensuring compliance with new regulations.

Members Are Prompted to Fill In Tax ID

In Germany, the member sign-up form now requires companies to provide their Tax ID during registration, which is necessary for e-invoice generation.

Add Your Tax ID to Your Invoice

You can now add your space’s Tax ID in your invoice settings (Setup » Invoice Settings). It will automatically appear on your members’ invoices.


BOOKINGS

Booking Title Required

Booking titles can now be set as a required field for members. Contact us if you’d like to enable this feature.

Booking Price Always Updates

The booking price now automatically updates whenever you change the duration, even if the booking has already started or ended.

INTEGRATIONS

New Zapier Triggers and Fields

We’ve extended our Zapier (Setup » Zapier) integration with new triggers and fields:

New Triggers:

  • “Drop-in pass purchased by visitor”: Automate actions based on drop-in pass purchases.
  • “Membership cancellation date reached”: Streamline offboarding processes.

Enhanced Existing Triggers:

  • “External booking created” now includes an accounting_code field.
  • Membership-related triggers now include additional fields like plan detailsaddress, and phone number.

More Payment Methods for Visitors via Stripe

Enable additional payment methods for visitors through Stripe, such as SEPA (Europe) and ACH (US). These options are available for external bookings, drop-in passes, and public event tickets.

DATEV BP Account Number

For German spaces, you can now sync members’ customer numbers to DATEV as the “BP account number” field, improving the accuracy of your accounting records.
