This month brings improvements across bookings, invoicing, and integrations, along with a first look at what’s next.
BOOKINGS
Invite People to Bookings
Bookings now support inviting participants directly from the booking form. Email addresses and a custom message can be added when creating a booking, so everyone receives the details right away.
INVOICING & PLANS
See all Invoices on the Contact Page
Each contact profile now includes a dedicated section showing all invoices issued to that contact. This makes it easier to understand billing history without switching between pages.
Team Invoices
Team invoices generate an activity entry when issued, improving visibility in your audit trail. A free-form invoice can also be created directly from the team page.
Team Plan History
The team profile now includes a plan history view. It shows past plans and changes over time, aligned with the existing history available for individual members.
Polish e-Invoicing (KSeF)
For spaces in Poland: the integration with the upcoming KSeF e-invoicing regulation is ready. Invoices can be transmitted in line with the new legal requirements.
ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Cancel Drop-in Passes
Drop-in passes can be cancelled under Calendar → Drop-ins. Helpful when visitors can’t make it and plans change at short notice.
ANALYTICS
Revenue Details on the Dashboard
The revenue chart on the dashboard includes tooltips with the exact revenue per product. Revenue details at a glance, without digging into analytics.
INTEGRATIONS
New Zapier Triggers
The Zapier integration now includes additional triggers: Booking Deleted, Booking Updated, Membership Deleted, Membership Plan Changed, Membership Reactivated, and Membership Uncanceled.
This helps keep connected tools in sync when bookings or memberships change in Cobot.
Dormakaba Exivo: External Bookings
The Dormakaba Exivo integration now supports external bookings. Lead and follow-up times can be configured separately for member and external bookings. External bookings support both remote access via web and mobile access via the Exivo app.
