We made the most of February at Cobot, rolling out plenty of improvements. Here's what's new:
Filters for External Resources

Your external page for rooms and resources now has filters for date, time, duration, capacity, and categories. This makes it easier for visitors to find and book the rooms they need. When filters are applied, resources are clearly marked as available or unavailable. The checkout flow automatically includes the selected date and time.
Salto Integration: External Bookings, PIN Codes, and More

Automatically grant external visitors access with Salto: You can now enable external booking support for your Salto system. Visitors receive access to their booked room shortly before their reservation begins.
You can also configure lead and follow-up times for Salto bookings, allowing buffer time around each reservation.
For doors using PIN pads, you can now enable PIN codes to be sent for both member and external bookings!
Faster Revenue Projection

We've significantly improved the speed of your Analytics section: The revenue projection now loads in seconds rather than minutes, especially beneficial for larger spaces.
Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for Your Members and Staff
Enable your members and staff to sign in to Cobot with their Google, Microsoft, Apple, Slack, or other accounts. We've completely revised our SSO setup guide with clearer instructions and helpful screenshots. Try it today!
Filter Payment Methods by Plan
Gain better control over your payment options: You can now limit which payment methods are available to members based on their plan.
Custom Invoice Text by Plan
Set up specific invoice text in your plan settings. This overrides the default text for all members or teams on that plan.
External Booking Instructions per Resource
Provide tailored guidance in visitor emails – customized for each resource. You can now add specific instructions to each external resource, which will be included in communications to visitors.
Note: If you've previously customized your external booking emails, you'll need to add the "Instructions" placeholder to your email templates to have the instructions included.
Add Manual Charges for Teams
Admins can now add manual charges for teams, similar to the existing functionality for individual members.
Improved Organization of Customize » Emails
We've restructured the email customization section to make it more user-friendly. Now it's easier to find and edit the specific email templates you need.
🇪🇸 Notas de crédito: Separate Invoicing Numbers for Spanish Invoices with Negative Amounts
To comply with Spanish regulations, invoices with negative amounts now have their own separate invoicing number format and sequence, distinguishing them from invoices with positive amounts.
