How can Sensorberg help?
Oftentimes, flexible workspaces reach the point where it becomes cumbersome and costly to guide their members to the right areas in their increasingly complex space layout. As of this week, Cobot users now have a new access solution — Sensorberg. Their Smart Spaces can automate who gets access to which areas using hardware designed with flexible workspaces in mind; it’s flexible, powerful, and integrates seamlessly with Cobot. They have a wide range of options designed to streamline access within any space.

How does it work?
It’s simple to set up. Once you’ve created your Sensorberg account and decided on the right hardware, all you need to do is sync your Sensorberg access rights with your Cobot plans. You can choose to allow certain doors for each plan, or disallow certain doors for each plan, whichever works best for your space’s needs.
Now, when a member signs up for a plan, they will automatically gain access to all the right doors — and if they cancel their plan they will automatically lose access. This way, you never have to worry about tracking down who is allowed where.
