This year was about making Cobot more useful in the everyday reality of running a coworking space: clearer billing, better team workflows, more flexible products. And, with the new members app, a much better experience for your members, too.
Here are the most important updates we released this year:
📱 A Better Experience for Members

Cobot Members App Launched
This year marked the launch of the Cobot Members App on iOS and Android. Members get a simple way to book resources and manage reservations on the go — included in your Cobot subscription and free for your members.
Improved Member Booking Experience
The booking experience in the Member Portal was redesigned with clearer navigation, calendar and list views for bookings, and a smoother mobile experience overall.
📊 Clearer Insights, Smarter Overviews

A Fully Redesigned Dashboard
We launched a new dashboard with clearer insights at a glance — revenue and member trends for quick business checks, plus an overview of who’s coming in today and what’s happening in your space this week.
Smarter Member Management
Member management received several upgrades throughout the year:
- More plan details visible directly in the member table
- Customizable columns and cleaner filters
- Bulk updates for member plans, pricing, and access
Data tables across Cobot were also made more consistent and dynamic, improving readability and everyday usability.
👥 Teams: A Brand-New Approach to Team Management

Introducing Teams
This year, we launched Teams — a completely new feature designed for spaces hosting companies and groups sharing a plan:
- Shared team plans with centralized billing
- Shared extras, credits, and privileges
- Dedicated team managers who can manage seats, members, billing details, and payment methods
Teams with Time Passes & Invoicing
Teams were later expanded to support shared time passes and free-form invoices, bringing the same flexibility teams enjoy as individual members and non-members.
🚪 Check-ins & Guests

Smarter Check-ins
We introduced a Members Checked-In overview showing everyone currently in the space — members and guests — in one place. Admins can manually check people in or out and keep track of guest activity more easily.
Guest Check-ins with Time Passes
Members gained the ability to check in guests using time passes, including using multiple passes for a single visit — making guest access faster and more flexible.
🛒 On-Demand Products

Improved External Bookings
External booking pages were enhanced with filters for date, time, duration, capacity, and categories, helping visitors find and book the right room more easily. Selected dates and times carry through seamlessly into checkout.
Daily Drop-in Pass Limits
To prevent overselling, spaces can set a daily limit for drop-in passes. Once the limit is reached, the day is automatically blocked in the checkout calendar.
💳 Billing, Payments & Accounting

Discounts on Membership Plans
Spaces gained more flexibility to run promotions using fixed or percentage-based automatic discounts, as well as discount codes for seasonal campaigns, special offers, or limited-time promotions.
Automated Refunds
Refund handling was improved with direct refunds in Cobot. Stripe refunds are automated, and manual refunds are properly reflected on invoices.
Correction Invoices
Correction invoices were introduced to help keep accounting clean when adjusting or writing off issued invoices by automatically creating matching credit notes.
Bulk-Charge Invoices
Charging multiple invoices at once became possible through a streamlined bulk-charge flow, available behind a feature switch.
E-Invoicing in Germany
German spaces received support for compliant e-invoicing in line with new regulations.
🔌 Integrations That Go Further

Salto Integration Enhancements
The Salto integration was expanded to support external bookings, automatic access grants, configurable lead and follow-up times, and PIN codes for doors with keypads.
QuickBooks Online Integration
We launched a direct integration with QuickBooks Online, allowing invoices to sync automatically shortly after creation.
New ezeep Blue Integration
Our printing integration was upgraded to ezeep Blue, designed specifically for the needs of coworking spaces.
🌐 Localization & Accessibility

More Languages in Cobot
Cobot expanded its language support this year with full Brazilian Portugueseand Romanian localizations — offering a more seamless experience for spaces and members in additional markets.
Language Selector for Meeting Room Displays
Meeting room displays gained a language selector, supporting English, German, Spanish, and French.
