We're excited to bring you some major billing enhancements. Here’s what’s new:

INVOICING & PAYMENTS

Payment Reminders

Payment reminder

Easily keep track of late invoices and remind your members and visitors to pay up:

  • Create your own reminder template: Personalize it with your own style and tone
  • Customize before sending: Tailor each reminder as needed
  • BCC recipients: Keep yourself or others in the loop
  • Track reminders: See how many you've sent and when

"Late" Status

Late invoice

Finding late invoices just got easier with our new "late" status. Now, unpaid invoices will show as either "open" or "late" based on your invoice settings.

When you open a late invoice, you’ll see a notification at the top showing how many days it's late, any reminders sent, and a quick button to send a new reminder.

Improved Invoice Overview

Get a clear view of your invoices with our revamped invoice list:

  • Quickly see payment status: Sent or unsent, billing date, and reminder history at a glance
  • Handy action menu: All buttons are now conveniently grouped on the right

SPACE MANAGEMENT

LinkedIn Profile

You can now add your LinkedIn URL to your space profile. You can find the new field under Basic Setup » Profile.
