On our end, we’ve been getting Cobot ready for what’s going to matter most in 2023—your community! Read on to find out what’s new in our January update.
Visitors can choose a payment method during checkout
It’s no mystery why people love coworking spaces—everyone likes flexibility! Understanding this mindset guides the way we build Cobot’s features, and it’s why this month we added more payment options for your visitors when they use external bookings.
Please note:
- The setup for existing customers has not changed.
- Your admins need to manually choose which methods are available to visitors.
Spoiler Alert: Ever wished External Bookings supported Booking Extras?
You’re in luck! We’ve developed a much-anticipated beta feature for anyone using External Bookings—a checkout process that enables visitors to buy your space’s products and services! Add flipcharts, coffees, projectors, cleaning fees, and more as options for each booking. This will soon be available to everyone using External Bookings.
So excited you just can’t wait to get your hands on this? Get early access and help us perfect the system, just reach out to our support team if you want to be a beta tester.
Improved Member Questionnaire
When new members sign up to join your community, it’s the perfect time to get to know them a bit better and make sure that everyone is on the same page. Plus, if you’re asking for information like allergies or needs, it might just be an essential part of your onboarding. This is why we improved the layout! It’s now much easier to scan and fill out for members, especially when there are many options to choose from on multi-choice questions.
New website design
The Cobot website has a brand-new look! You may have seen this change happening over the past few months as our brand colors and symbols received a few tweaks on social media, in our published content, and on certain pages. Now you’ll find these improvements everywhere and in each of our core languages.
This update includes new workflows for specific actions on the website as well as new engaging stories like case studies from real Cobot users.
