Cobot Members App is Live 🎉

The Cobot Members App has officially launched on the App Store and Google Play! This first version gives your members an easier way to book resources and manage their reservations, right from their phones.

It’s included in your Cobot subscription, free for your members. Share the download links so they can get started today:

Discounts on Membership Plans

Attract members and boost campaigns with plan discounts—set them as fixed amounts or percentages under Membership Plans » Discounts or directly in each plan’s settings.

Guest Check-ins with Time Passes

Members will be able to use multiple time passes to check in guests—opening up new ways to offer perks or create extra revenue.

Daily Drop-in Pass Limits

Limit the number of daily drop-in passes—once the cap is reached, the day is blocked in the checkout calendar.

Booking Analytics – Future View

Booking analytics now includes future months, with insights available up to six months ahead.

GoCardless Integration Update

For GoCardless users, Cobot now sends both customer numbers and invoice numbers with every payment—keeping records consistent across all transactions.
