Cobot Listens! A Support Success Story
You may remember two weeks ago that we announced in our system updates post as per your request to switch from Markdown (technique similar to typing in HTML)
to a WYSIWYG editor (what you know from Facebook, Tumblr, etc)
We got feedback right away about how easier it was to use for most of you. But we missed one piece… with markdown, it was no problem to add images into text, but that was missing from our editor
Cobot Provides Solutions
3 or 4 days after we made the announcement, one of our spaces pointed out that this feature was no longer available. 3 or 4 days after that we had the fix in place, an Upload Image button in the Editor with a preview directly in window.
This is the case for all editors in Cobot including How-Tos and your email messages to members from Cobot.
